Indo Truck ("the game", "we") is published by Lumenly. This privacy policy explains what information we collect when you play, why we collect it, and your choices.
Your game progress (rupiah, owned trucks, completed contracts, settings) is stored locally on your device only by default. We do not have access to it. If you opt in to iCloud backup, Apple encrypts and syncs the save file across your devices — Lumenly never sees it.
If you choose not to purchase the No-Ads or Pro Edition upgrade, the game shows ads through Google Mobile Ads (AdMob). With your explicit consent via Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt, AdMob may use your device's advertising identifier to show more relevant ads. You can decline at the prompt or revoke at any time in iOS Settings → Privacy → Tracking. Declining does not affect gameplay; you'll see less-relevant ads.
If the app crashes, Apple may collect anonymous crash logs to send to us. This is governed by Apple's privacy policy and you control it in iOS Settings → Privacy → Analytics & Improvements.
Indo Truck is rated 4+ and is suitable for all ages. We do not knowingly collect any data from children under 13. The game does not target children specifically and does not collect personal data from anyone.
If you are in the EU/UK, Brazil, India, or California: under GDPR / LGPD / DPDP / CCPA, you have the right to know what data we hold about you (which for Indo Truck is: nothing personally identifying), and to request deletion. Since we don't hold personal data, there's nothing to delete on our side — uninstalling the app removes all your local game progress.
Material changes will be announced in the app's "What's New" section before they take effect.
