Indo Truck is licensed, not sold. You get a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to install and play the game on devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial use.
The game offers optional in-app purchases including the Pro Edition ($9.99 one-time), No-Ads upgrade ($4.99 one-time), and consumable Garam currency packs. Purchases are processed by Apple under Apple's terms. Refunds are handled by Apple — visit reportaproblem.apple.com.
You agree not to reverse-engineer, modify, or attempt to circumvent the game's in-app purchase system. You agree not to use the game for any unlawful purpose.
The game is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties. Real Indonesian road conditions, traffic laws, and ferry schedules differ from in-game depiction; do not use the game as a real-world driving reference.
We may suspend or terminate access to the game if you breach these terms or attempt to defraud the in-app purchase system. You may stop using the game at any time by uninstalling it.
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. You and Lumenly agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales for any dispute.
